We performed unplanned maintenance due to a networking issue that has since been resolved. The incident window started on 2019-01-07 at 10:16 PM UTC -8 and ended on 2019-01-07 at approx. 11:24 PM UTC -8. API customers may have experienced timeouts or errors during that time. The network outage had also resulted in degraded alert delivery for Trips Data Services API customers and was not resolved until 2019-01-08 at 8:45 AM UTC -8. Trip alerts via email delivery and Waivers were unaffected. Our monitoring now indicates normal system performance and we will continue to investigate and make further adjustments to our monitoring as necessary.
