Trips APIs Fixed: Trips Data Services

The Trips Data Services outage is now resolved. We've determined the incident was due to a network issue that occurred between approx. 8:20 AM UTC -7 to 11:30 AM UTC -7 on 2019-04-29. If you're still experiencing any problems with the Trips Import API or with receiving Trip Alerts, please submit a request to helpdesk@cirium.com and we will promptly investigate.
