Trips Proactive Data Services: Scheduled Alerts Issue

Proactive Data Service customers subscribed to Traveler Trip Alerts have not received Scheduled Traveler Alerts such as Trip Reminders and Leg Status Departure Alerts since Sunday, December 8. We're aware of this issue and are working on it urgently. We will provide another update by 3:00 PM UTC -8 today. Sorry for the inconvenience.
