Data Provider Interface Professional Data Services - ASO production DataBase Server unavailable since Sat 26th September 2020 - This is resolved

Impact: Case Replace clients will not have data updates produced nor available since the last Friday morning. Professional Data Services deliverables that use this database are unable to complete and deliver data to clients. The API platform will be unavailable for any ASO based content. Connectivity to the relevant server has been restored. The Case Replace updates process will need to be re-run to restore the data flow. This is currently in progress with the UK technical team. We greatly apologise for the inconvenience this is causing, and will provide a status update as soon as possible.
