Issue Summary: There is currently an intermittent access issue, occurring on the Cirium login page: signin.cirium.com. Some users may receive an error message with invalid username/password, when trying to access the services. Advice to users is to try again and refresh the browser cache. The UK Technical team are investigating the issue as high priority. The services are currently accessible, but there could be some intermittent access issues, until the root cause is established and resolved.
