Cirium Professional Data Services are experiencing a technical issue. This has affected Case Replace daily update services, as well as file deliveries both of which will be delayed until services can be restored. API clients that try to pull data may have failed requests and unable to obtain their data successfully. Our technical teams are addressing this issue and will restore services as soon as possible. We greatly apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and will provide another status update as we learn more.
