There is currently issues with the Market Alerts on Editing Alerts/Saving new Alerts/Loading of Existing Alerts.
Impact: Different users are experiencing different issues.
Some Users had observed "Error loading alerts" under Alert Management Page.
Some Users tried to edit the existing alert were directed to "Page Not Found".
Some Users tried to save new alerts but were stuck at "Loading..."
