Proactive Services Cirium UK Professional Data Services Incident

Cirium UK Professional Data Services experienced technical issues between 2021-09-14 at 2am UTC to 8am UTC. Initially some services were restored, but not all restored until approx 10am UTC. This incident window had affected API services (ascendworldwide.com) which were unavailable during that time, along with file deliveries, which were delayed by approx 4 hours. Our technical teams have addressed this issue and services have been restored. We greatly apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact our Help Desk with any questions or concerns.
