Trip Center and Proactive Services Database Upgrade, scheduled 3 months ago
Trip Center and Proactive Services APIs will be down for a database upgrade on February 6th, 21:00 - 01:00 GMT. The upgrade is expected to take between 2 and 4 hours. During this time, Trip Center and all trip import and alert delivery APIs will be unavailable. Please visit https://helpdesk.cirium.com or submit a Help Desk ticket for additional information.
Trips APIsTrip Center and Proactive Services API Database Upgrade (COMPLETE)
The Trip Center and Proactive Services API database upgrade we performed at 1:00 PM UTC -8 today lasted until 2:35 PM UTC -8, on February 6, 2020, and is now complete. The upgrade was successful and our monitoring indicates normal system performance. Customers who consume trip alerts may experience up to a 30 minute delay in these types of notifications sent to their travelers, but it is likely that most alerts would not have been sent during this time frame.
