Scheduled Maintenance
Planned Tableau Maintenance by Vendor

Scheduled maintenance on Tableau Analytics will occur on Saturday, August 8th from 16:00 UTC until Saturday, August 8th at 21:00 UTC. During this upgrade the system is planned to remain available for all users. Scheduled background tasks, such as extract refreshes and email subscriptions, will not run during the maintenance window. New, scheduled tasks created during the maintenance will also fail to run. Tasks scheduled to begin within the 4 hours prior to the end of the maintenance period will be requeued and resume as normal when the maintenance completes. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Scheduled Trips Service Outage (Date Moved to Aug 12)

We will be performing a database migration that powers the Trips Proactive Data Services which includes Agent Advantage, Trip Center, Traveler Trip Alert API, Trip Status API, Trip Import API, and Travel Waiver Services. This migration will take place on August 12, 2020 from 1:00 PM PDT to 5:00 PM PDT for a total downtime of 4 hours. As a result, we will need to shut down all services while we run the migration. During this time period, all services will be unavailable. We will provide another update after the migration is complete and validate that it has been successful. Notification of essential planned maintenance on Sunday 2nd August 2020 - Cirium Fleets Analyzer, Values Analyzer, Dashboard, Pro Data Services., scheduled 4 days ago

Cirium UK Services: Fleets Analyzer, Values Analyzer, Dashboard, Pro Data Services. There will be essential planned maintenance carried out on Sunday 2nd August 2020, between 2am BST - 1.00pm BST. Although we do not expect any downtime, there might be a small effect on performance during these hours. There is also the possibility of impact to the Pro Data Services API Platform, any API clients that try to pull data during this time frame will have failed requests and unable to obtain their data. There may also be some non delivery issues of data due to be carried out on that day, which will be addressed as priority by the Pro Data Services UK team on Monday 3rd August.
