Scheduled Maintenance
Scheduled Trips Service Migration - Final Outage

We will be performing our final database migration that will impact customers using our Trips Proactive Data Services (Agent Advantage, Trip Center, Traveler Trip Alert API, Trip Status API, Trip Import API, and Travel Waiver Services), Pathfinder-XML and the Connections API. This migration will take place on September 30, 2020 from 1:00 PM PDT to 5:00 PM PDT for a total downtime of 4 hours. As a result, we will need to shut down all applications. The tools and services noted above will be unavailable to customers while we run the migration. We will provide another update after the migration is complete and validate that it has been successful. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Help Desk.

Notification of essential planned maintenance on Wednesday 9th September 2020- Cirium Pro Data Services., scheduled 1 week ago

Cirium Pro Data Services. There will be essential planned maintenance carried out on Wednesday 9th September 2020, between 8am BST – 8.30am BST. During this time there will be a portion of downtime and impact to Pro Data Services and the Case Replace product application’s update processes, as well as potential impact for any API clients that try to pull data from the Pro Data Svs API Platform during this time frame, will have failed requests and unable to obtain their data. There may also be some delays to delivery of data due to be carried out on that day, which will be addressed as priority by the Pro Data Services team on Wednesday 9th September.
