Final Scheduled Database Migration (COMPLETE)

As of 7:17 PM UTC -7, access to the Trips Proactive Data Services (Agent Advantage, Trip Center, Traveler Trip Alert API, Trip Status API, Trip Import API, and Travel Waiver Services), Pathfinder-XML and the Connections API were restored and our monitoring indicates the system is now stable. Our final database migration has been completed and we truly appreciate your patience with us. These services were down for a total of 6 hours and 17 minutes from 1:00 PM to 7:17 PM UTC -7 on September 30, 2020. Please contact our Help Desk if you experience any further issues or have any additional questions.

Scheduled Database Migration (UPDATE)

The database migration we've scheduled for today is taking longer than we expected. Trips Proactive Data Services (Agent Advantage, Trip Center, Traveler Trip Alert API, Trip Status API, Trip Import API, and Travel Waiver Services), Pathfinder-XML and the Connections API is still being impacted at this time. We will provide another update within two hours by 8:30 PM UTC -7. Thank you for your patience.

Data Migration - Final Outage (REMINDER)

This is a reminder that we will be performing our final database migration today. If you are currently using one of our Trips Proactive Data Services (Agent Advantage, Trip Center, Traveler Trip Alert API, Trip Status API, Trip Import API, and Travel Waiver Services), Pathfinder-XML or the Connections API, these services will be shutdown and unavailable to you while we run the migration. This migration will take place today from 1:00 PM PDT to 5:00 PM PDT for a total scheduled downtime of 4 hours. We will provide another update after the migration is complete and validate that it has been successful. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Help Desk.
