Cirium UK Services: Fleets Analyzer, Values Analyzer, Dashboard, Pro Data Services - essential planned maintenance on Sunday 24th January 2021

Cirium UK Services: Fleets Analyzer, Values Analyzer, Dashboard, Pro Data Services. There will be essential planned maintenance carried out on Sunday 24th January 2021, between 2am GMT- 1.00pm GMT. Although we do not expect any downtime, there might be a small effect on performance during these hours. There is also the possibility of impact to the Pro Data Services API Platform, any API clients that try to pull data during this time frame will have failed requests and unable to obtain their data. There may also be some non delivery issues of data due to be carried out on that day, which will be addressed as priority by the Pro Data Services UK team on Monday 25th January. Data Provider Interface Cirium Professional Data Services - (Data exports) Services currently unavailable Tuesday 12th Jan 2021

Cirium Professional Data Services are experiencing an issue which has resulted in being unable to complete and deliver data exports to a subset of clients. The PDS API platform will be also be unavailable until services can be restored, clients will receive 'unable to access/connect' error messages during this period. Our UK technical teams are addressing this issue as priority, and will restore services as soon as possible. We greatly apologise for the inconvenience this is causing, and will provide another status update when this has been resolved.
