Scheduled Maintenance
Tableau Maintenance on Insights Workbooks

Tableau will be performing scheduled maintenance on May 21st, 2022 at 18:00 UTC. During this time, customers will not be able to log in to their Tableau Online sites which includes the Insights Workbooks. Scheduled background tasks such as extract refreshes and email subscriptions will be paused. Paused operations will resume immediately after the maintenance window completes. Tableau anticipates this work will take 2-3 hours to complete. If you have any questions, please contact Cirium Help Desk.

Schedule Data File FTP Connection Issue (FIXED)

Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the delayed message. We've applied a change and customers should now be able to successfully retrieve their file(s) via FTP. Please contact our Help Desk if you continue to experience any issues with connecting to our FTP server.

A subset of customers are experiencing issues with retrieving their schedule data file this morning. We're currently investigating into this with high priority and will provide another update no later than 5 PM PST. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
