Tableau Cloud Maintenance Oct 15, 2022 15:00-21:00 UTC
Tableau will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Tableau Online environment on Oct 15 at 15:00 UTC. During this time, Insight Workbooks customers will not be able to log in to the Tableau site. Scheduled background tasks such as extract refreshes and email subscriptions will be paused. Paused operations will resume immediately after the maintenance window completes. Tableau anticipates this work will take 6-8 hours to complete. Please contact our Help Desk with any questions.

Investigating - There is a technical issue currently affecting the Cirium PDS UK services client deliveries and API platform
Impact: Client deliveries are failing to be delivered as expected. The ascendworldwide API platform will be unavailable to clients due to the database issues.
The technical team are investigating this as high priority. We will provide another status update once we have further information. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue. Please contact our helpdesk if you have any questions.
