We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on my.cirium.com on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 17:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC. During this time, customers will not be able to log in to their My Cirium account and customers applying any changes to their profile may encounter an error. If you do encounter an error, please refresh the page and resubmit any changes after the maintenance window completes. If you are already logged into your Cirium account, access to your product subscription(s) should remain uninterrupted.

As a result of this scheduled maintenance, we expect up to 2 hours of degraded performance on my.cirium.com. Should you have any questions, please contact our Help Desk.

Update - We wish to advise you that the scheduled maintenance which is planned for this Wednesday, March 29th from 17:00-19:00 UTC will impact more services than expected. In addition to Flightstats.com, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Flex API services.

As a result of this scheduled maintenance, both Flightstats.com and Flex API customers will experience degraded performance. Customers will also experience a service outage during part of the maintenance window. The API services that will be impacted include all Flex APIs.

We estimate that these services will be restored on the same day on Wednesday, March 29th at 19:00 UTC. We understand that this is short notice and apologize for any disruption this may cause.

During this period, Flightstats.com will not be available for use. This maintenance only impacts the Flightstats.com website and does not affect any of the Flex API services.

Resolved - The engineers applied a change and our internal tests are currently successful. Customers are confirming normal functionality for Diio Mi and SRS Analyzer flight schedule reports. We continue investigating the root cause and will apply any additional necessary changes to reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Cirium.

Identified - We have identified an issue with the authentication service used to authenticate user credentials for Fleets Analyzer, Values Analyzer and Dashboard products.

We are currently working on the issue to resolve this as soon as possible.
