Scheduled Maintenance
Tableau Analytics Scheduled Maintenance

Tableau will be performing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at UTC 02:00 and anticipate this work will take 4-6 hours to complete. During this time, Cirium customers will not be able to login to Tableau Analytics. Scheduled background tasks such as extract refreshes and email subscriptions will be paused. Paused operations will resume immediately after the maintenance window. Please contact our Help Desk if you have any questions. Thank you for your patience.

Cirium Professional Data Services - The data service issue experienced today, 25th January 2021, is fully resolved. All the deliveries scheduled today, have been completed and service is back to normal. We greatly apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Data Provider Interface Cirium Professional Data Services - (Data exports) Services currently unavailable - Monday 25th January 2021

Cirium Professional Data Services are experiencing an issue which has resulted in being unable to complete and deliver data exports to a subset of clients. The PDS API platform will be also be unavailable until services can be restored, clients will receive 'unable to access/connect' error messages during this period. This also includes Case Replace updates being delayed. Our UK technical teams are addressing this issue and will restore services as soon as possible. We greatly apologise for the inconvenience this is causing, and will provide another status update as we learn more. Please do not hesitate to contact our Helpdesk if you require assistance.

Cirium UK Services: Fleets Analyzer, Values Analyzer, Dashboard, Pro Data Services - essential planned maintenance on Sunday 24th January 2021, scheduled 2 days ago

Cirium UK Services: Fleets Analyzer, Values Analyzer, Dashboard, Pro Data Services. There will be essential planned maintenance carried out on Sunday 24th January 2021, between 2am GMT- 1.00pm GMT. Although we do not expect any downtime, there might be a small effect on performance during these hours. There is also the possibility of impact to the Pro Data Services API Platform, any API clients that try to pull data during this time frame will have failed requests and unable to obtain their data. There may also be some non delivery issues of data due to be carried out on that day, which will be addressed as priority by the Pro Data Services UK team on Monday 25th January. Flex APIs Schedules API Performance Recovered

The engineers have successfully applied a change to address degraded performance of the Schedules API involving schedule lookups. The Schedules API service was impacted from 11:00 AM UTC -8 on 2021-01-22 until approx. 3:20 PM UTC -8 2021-01-22 . We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Flex APIs Schedules API Performance Issues

We're currently experiencing intermittent issues with the Schedules API at this time. Customers may receive a 500 Internal Server Error from their requests. We are investigating and will provide another update by 3:00 PM Pacific Time.
