Cirium Connect APIsDeveloper Center Connections API Performance Issues (FIXED)
Our monitoring indicates normal system performance with the Connections API at this time. The incident window was between 2021-11-29 at 1:30 PM UTC-8 and 2021-11-29 at 4:30 PM UTC-8. Today on 2021-11-30, engineering will release a change to address yesterday's issue which may result in system degradation but performance is expected to improve going forward. Customers may experience issues with running SRS Analyzer reports in the background. As a workaround, please run your reports by selecting "Now". Cirium UK Services: Fleets Analyzer, Values Analyzer, Dashboard, Pro Data Services. There will be essential planned maintenance carried out on Sunday 28th November 2021, between 2am GMT - 1.00pm GMT. Although we do not expect any downtime, there might be a small effect on performance during these hours. There is also the possibility of impact to the Pro Data Services API Platform, any API clients that try to pull data during this time frame will have failed requests and unable to obtain their data. There may also be some non delivery issues of data due to be carried out on that day, which will be addressed as priority by the Pro Data Services UK team on Monday 29th November 2021.
