Users are unable to view and manage their existing credentials via My Cirium

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting the ability of users to manage user credentials for the Cirium Sky surfaces managed in My Cirium. The Request New Credentials button goes active after some time, but no content is displayed. This issue does not impact user's existing credentials, however will prevent the creation of new credentials. Should you urgently need to create a new set of credentials, please contact helpdek@cirium.com.

Scheduled - Due to maintenance work happening on Monday the 13th of January, email alerts on Dashboard will not be functional between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm.

Users can set them up as normal, however they will not be saved and implemented in the back end. Therefore, we are asking users to avoid creating an email alert on Monday the 13th.
