Resolved - This message is to inform you that our DNS records have changed for the Flex APIs after our recent release today during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on November 30, 2022 from 18:00-20:00 UTC. If you are experiencing any timeouts or similar issues from the Flex APIs, we strongly recommend refreshing your DNS cache. Please contact our Help Desk if you have any questions.

Scheduled - We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the FlightStats (Flex) APIs on Wednesday, 30th November, from 18:00-20:00 UTC during our normal maintenance window.

As a result of the scheduled maintenance, we expect up to 2 hours of downtime. We make every attempt to minimize downtime but these planned outages are required due to the nature of the change. In addition, the sending IP addresses for the Alerts API will change. Some of our services are hosted in the cloud and the IP ranges can change without advance notice. Therefore we suggest you use DNS resolution rather than whitelisting. Should you have any questions, please contact our Help Desk. Thank you.
