Flex APIs Alerts API Planned Maintenance

During our normally scheduled weekly maintenance window on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 noon PDT (UTC -8), we will be performing work on the eventing service that powers our Alerts API. We may be down for approx. 15-30 minutes, however we are typically down intermittently for a few minutes while we deploy updates. Customers may experience stale alerts and degraded performance while using the Alerts API endpoints during this time. Thank you for understanding.

Dashboard Cirium’s FlightMaps Analytics will be retired on 30th June 2020

FlightMaps Analytics, part of the Cirium family of products, will be retired on 30th June 2020. This is a Flash based product and Flash will be unsupported on browsers by the end of 2020. As a result, users of the Cirium Dashboard, Fleets Analyzer and Values Analyzer will no longer be able to access the FlightMaps Analytics feature after 30 June 2020.

If this was an important feature to you, then we currently do have other options across our product portfolio. In particular:

• We have recently updated the Schedule Mapper feature on our SRS Analyser platform to include the key FlightMaps Analytics functionality, making it our primary mapping capability across the Cirium portfolio.

• We can also tailor analytical maps to your bespoke needs using our Tableau based analytical dashboards.

If you would like a trial or to discuss your options further, please contact your Cirium account manager, or email as soon as possible.
