During this period, the platform will undergo a series of routine maintenance tasks.

TLS 1.3 Upgrade Notice Mar 13, 2024 18:00-20:00 UTC
On Wednesday, March 13, 2024, Cirium's Developer Center Flex API services will be allowing support for TLS 1.3 and API clients using degraded TLS ciphers will no longer work after this date. This change is in recognition of website security best practices. Should you have any questions regarding this upgrade, please contact our Help Desk.

Resolved - We identified and fixed an issue where when we access our Trip Center it shows us a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error. This issue was identified around 9th February 14:00 Pacific Time and was resolved at around 9th February 15:30 Pacific Time. Resolved - We identified and corrected a bug where our trip monitoring system sent out the correct email alert to end users but a subset of these messages may have included the incorrect custom template. The issue occurred for a subset of alerts sent from 22:21 UTC, Thursday 8th February through 17:14 UTC, Friday, 9th February, 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience, please contact our help desk with any questions.

Resolved - Our Flex API services experienced a short outage of ~5 minutes on 2024-02-07 at approx. 11:10 AM UTC -8 due to database upgrades performed by an upstream vendor. This incident has been resolved and our monitoring indicates the system is performing as expected. Please contact our Help Desk if you're experiencing any issues.
