Cirium Sky™ Schedule Files will be undergoing maintenance on Tuesday, 1st September 2026 from 00:30 to 04:30 UTC as part of a planned maintenance window. During this period, we will be upgrading our backend infrastructure to further enhance the security and reliability of our SFTP delivery service. The customer-facing SFTP endpoint, ftp.us.cirium.com, will remain unchanged.
As part of this upgrade, customers may receive a host key verification/change warning when connecting for the first time after the maintenance window:
Interactive users will typically need to accept the new host key once.
Automated jobs, scripts, or applications that perform host key validation may require an update after the maintenance.
We will be on hand to provide support after the cutover. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns or questions.
