Due to essential maintenance, some aspects of Cirium Dashboard, Cirium Fleets Analyzer and Cirium Values Analyzer may be unavailable between 09:00 (GMT) on Sunday 15 November and 09:00 on Monday the 16th. Although we expect the majority of the products’ features to be functional during this maintenance period, some – such as password reset, setting email alerts, and running valuations – will not be available. Professional Data Services - ASO production DataBase Server unavailable Friday 13th November 2020. This has now been fully resolved.
The earlier connectivity and process issue reported, affecting Cirium Case Replace clients has been resolved. Full client service restoration has been confirmed.

Professional Data Services - ASO production Database Server unavailable overnight Thursday 12th November into Friday 13th November 2020
Cirium Case Replace clients will not have had data updates provided the morning of Friday 13th November, nor connectivity during the period of down time. The API platform will have been unavailable for any ASO based content during this time. However, connectivity to the relevant server has been restored as of 9am (GMT). The Case Replace updates process will need to be re-run to restore the data flow, clients may need to manually check for updates to ensure the latest data is acquired once this process completes and data is published by Cirium. This is currently in progress with the UK technical team. We greatly apologise for the inconvenience caused, and will provide a status update as soon as possible. There is currently a technical issue being experienced, affecting the service which generates new updates of article content on Cirium dashboard. This is also affecting email news alerts from being delivered to customers who are subscribed to receive them. This is being investigated as high priority for resolution.
