There is currently issues with the Market Alerts on Editing Alerts/Saving new Alerts/Loading of Existing Alerts.
Impact: Different users are experiencing different issues.
Some Users had observed "Error loading alerts" under Alert Management Page.
Some Users tried to edit the existing alert were directed to "Page Not Found".
Some Users tried to save new alerts but were stuck at "Loading..."

We're currently experiencing network issues from our cloud services vendor covering the US-WEST region. A subset of customers may experience internal server errors during this time. Proactive ServicesCirium UK Professional Data Services - Server Outage
Between 2021-08-29 and 2021-08-30, we experienced a server outage with services provided by Cirium UK Professional Data team affecting customer deliveries. This is now resolved and we will take necessary additional steps based on our findings. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Tableau Engineers have confirmed that the solution put in place to mitigate the issue that is causing sign in errors in Tableau Online was successful. This incident is now considered resolved as of Aug 30, 23:17 UTC. Please contact Cirium Help Desk if you encounter any further issues.
Tableau Engineers have identified a problem that is causing sign in errors with the Cirium Insight Workbooks/ Tableau Analytics Workbooks. Efforts to mitigate user impact are currently underway.
